01. Scope

This notice applies to personal information submitted through this website’s project inquiry form. Sending an inquiry does not enter into a service agreement.

02. Information and purpose

Required information includes company, contact name, phone number, email, requested services, project message and consent. Estimated budget and preferred timeline are optional. Submission time and consent are recorded with the inquiry.

The information is used to review inquiries, contact the requester, discuss scope and manage inquiries. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information such as identity numbers or payment details.

03. Retention and deletion

The retention threshold is 90 days from submission. Older records are excluded from the admin list and deleted on the next inquiry submission or admin visit. Cleanup runs on activity rather than at a scheduled time. Any separate handling required under a service agreement will be explained separately.

04. Storage and access

The server validates inquiry information before saving it in a Cloudflare D1 database. Inquiry lists are not available to public visitors. Admin access requires authentication and an explicitly permitted administrator account.

Admin email notifications require a separate configured sending service. A successful submission message confirms database storage; it does not confirm email delivery.

05. Service providers and disclosure

This inquiry function uses Cloudflare hosting and database infrastructure. Processing locations may depend on the provider’s service configuration. If an email service is enabled, this notice must be updated to identify it and its handling scope.

Inquiry content is not used for advertising messages or public posting. Any additional processing purpose or third-party disclosure will be addressed separately with the required information and procedures.

06. Consent and requests

You may decline consent to the required collection, in which case the online inquiry cannot be submitted. Requests to access, correct, delete or restrict information may require limited information to verify the requester’s identity.

07. Operator information pending

The legal operator name and privacy contact have not been verified and are therefore not stated here. The operator, privacy contact and channel for exercising data rights need to be completed after confirmation.

Required business information and the final notices on service providers and international processing remain subject to completion and review for public operations.
