The question
A starting point.
The goal was to make required documentation, readiness checks and device-specific installation steps easy to find. A separate entry point from the account-based main app keeps attention on what is needed before a device connection.

Design decisions
Less noise.
More intention.
The public PWA opens without registration and places iPhone and Android installation steps alongside Mac inspector download guidance. The layout helps visitors identify the next step for their device on mobile or desktop.
Readiness checklists, guidance for reviewing masked device reports and official documentation checks have separate roles. The interface keeps device observations distinct from provider readiness, making completed checks and remaining requirements readable.

The output is a public readiness interface for mobile and desktop, with PWA installation guidance, Mac inspector download navigation and report-review UI. It retains the RoyalPay identity while serving as the companion for device preparation.
