Design decisions

The public experience separates job discovery, worker applications and staffing requests, with applications organized into stages. Navy, orange and a light background draw from the supplied identity and connect the brand introduction with the user journey.
Separate administrator, worker and employer views organize assignments, attendance, wages and payment records as connected workflows. Development functions without live messaging or bank integrations remain clearly distinguished from operational services.

A development build and public free demo with brand information, job discovery, applications, staffing requests and role-specific operations views. The project history also includes brand content, sales-catalog planning and introduction-video planning. Live notifications, bank transfers, private-file integration and production readiness remain separate validation work.
