The question

A starting point.

When access, seating, points and cash records are reviewed separately, one site event has to be interpreted several times. The work simplifies navigation and connects real-world actions with records and operational decisions.

Requirements & administrative UX / States, events & data flow / Mobile requirements & test design

Design decisions

Less noise.
More intention.

RFID card and customer identifiers form the basis for access, seating and top-up events. Seating states and initial, repeat and service-point transactions are considered together in the interface and data design.

Seating, points, cash and sales records, and shift handovers share one administrative flow, with defined access and change-history principles. Mobile review needs and test prompts are included in the interface design scope.

The output

The idea,
in a tangible form.

The portfolio records consolidated requirements, navigation, administrative UX and event-based data flows. The published material consists of interface illustrations and architecture records, without customer data or measured business outcomes.
