The question
A starting point.
Financial integration involves distinct steps: account permissions, provider readiness, user approval and status review. The goal was a mobile experience that helps users understand their next action and gives operators a clear view of readiness and records.

Design decisions
Less noise.
More intention.
Invitations, sign-in, the connection center, approvals and records are organized into distinct stages with consistent status language. The mobile-first PWA keeps the current stage and required checks readable together on small screens.
A provider-neutral workflow core and role- and tenant-scoped data structures connect preparation, authorization and review. Operational screens focus on relevant display information and audit records, distinguishing connection readiness from processing history.
The output
The idea,
in a tangible form.
The output includes an invite-only responsive PWA, interfaces for financial integration readiness, approvals and records, and an operational backend built on Cloudflare Workers and D1. Within the RoyalPay family, it serves the account-based workflow alongside the Pocket companion. The supplied portfolio also records information architecture, interface flows, Firestore collections and administrative review and exception-handling design for an earlier KYC/KYB operations platform. This is distinct from the current on-chain testing scope.
